CropLife Asia announces new executives for 2024

Singapore, May 6, 2024 – (ACN Newswire) –CropLife Asia, the regional voice for the plant science industry, today announced a new line-up of the organization’s officers within its Board of Directors. Changes after the CropLife Asia 2024 Annual General Meeting include the appointment of Rahul Vijay Kumar Sawani as President of CropLife Asia with immediate effect.

Rahul Sawani is President of Asia Pacific at Corteva Agriscience. Appointed to this role in 2022, Mr. Sawani will be responsible for driving the company’s regional strategy and overseeing business growth in Asia Pacific. Mr. Sawani has extensive experience in the agricultural sector and has held various positions across the plant science industry during his 18-year career, where he previously served as Vice President, South Asia at Corteva Agriscience. .
