Lighthouse ABA is looking for dedicated male and female Behavior Technicians to provide exceptional at-home services to our Crown Heights clients.

As a Behavior Technician with Lighthouse ABA, you’ll have the opportunity to:

🔹 Work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the comfort of their own homes.

🔹 Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support skill development and behavior management.

🔹 Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to create personalized treatment plans.

🔹 Make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families by fostering independence, communication, and social skills.

Requirements:

🔸 High school diploma or equivalent

🔸 Experience working with children preferred but not required

🔸 Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
