That’s exactly what the scene was like in Europe for the past couple of days as the Ambanis and the Merchants flew down for their second set of pre-wedding celebrations for Anant and Radhika.

While it has been reported that Radhika Merchant looked like a beauty in her archived vintage Christian Dior dress, it turns out that her to-be mother-in-law may have overpowered her if not in style, then definitely in the total cost of her outfit.

Nita Mukesh Ambani was spotted looking like a dream on the coast of Portofino during the celebrations. She was sporting a white long maxi dress by Oscar De La Renta, dripping with class and elegance. The dress, as per reports, is supposed to cost almost $7253 which roughly translates into Rs. 6 lakhs and 29 thousand.

With her hair blow-dried and open, she accessorised her look with a magnificent piece from Jacob and Co.

Her watch, a Rainbow Astromania Fleurs De Jardin to be precise, was from the brand Jacob and Co. and cost a whopping Rs 2.9 crores. The limited edition watch has an 18K rose gold case along with a case of pink sapphires around it. And that is not all, the hands of the watch are gold plated along with the hour and minute dial of the Fleurs de Jardin which is made of rose gold PVD titanium and mother-of-pearl.

She’s been spotted wearing this masterpiece quite a few times, including during Isha Ambani’s twin’s birthday.
