National Tradesmen Day

An annual day of recognition for Australia’s professional tradesmen. A celebration of the men and women who use their hands to build, maintain and improve Australia and keep it running strong.

It occurs annually on the 3rd Friday in September. This year it is being celebrated on Friday, September 20.

This national day of recognition aims to bring together all Australians to salute our nation’s tradesmen – “The Hands that Build Australia and Keep it Running Strong.”
