SRMCV has a clear mandate from its shareholders to continue to grow after successfully developing its rental business and healthcare sectors.
Thomas will have overall responsibility for the SRMCV development team as well as driving the growth strategy.
He joins SRMCV from Cortland, where he was Managing Director of European Investment Development.
At Cortland, he was responsible for creating and structuring all new investment opportunities, as well as managing Cortland’s construction team, Cortland Build.
Thomas, who previously held the role of Development Director at Cheyne Capital Management, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the real estate market with a particular focus on BTR and PBSA.
