(RTTNews) – Hazleton, Pennsylvania-based Cargill Meat Solutions has collected approximately 16,243 pounds of raw meat that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
