Calendly has introduced a new browser extension that makes it easier for businesses to manage meetings directly from the web. This new tool is designed to allow users to schedule and arrange meetings without having to switch between different applications, which is a common cause of reduced productivity in today’s workplaces.

Calendly’s new extensions aim to reduce wasted time by allowing users to handle all their meeting needs in one place, directly from their internet browser.

The company says the extension has become popular among leading companies like DocuSign and CI Assante Wealth Management, who value its ability to streamline processes and save time. DocuSign’s Gabriele Borges de Souza says the tool allows you to schedule follow-up meetings or reschedule them on the fly, saving you valuable time by eliminating the need to send additional emails. said.

This extension is available for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers, and is also available as an add-on for Outlook, and provides several features to improve meeting management.

  • Centralized conference view: Users can see all their meetings in one place, making it easy to decide whether to join, cancel, or reschedule.
  • Access contact details and history: Before a meeting begins, users can review previous interactions with participants.
  • Ability to set schedules for others: Users can schedule meetings on behalf of team members, increasing collaboration.

Calendly plans to add more features soon, including the option to book important meetings before less important ones.

“Our extensions are designed to reduce unnecessary clicks and integrate seamlessly into users’ existing workflows, so they can improve the user’s day,” said Stephen Hsu, Chief Product Officer at Calendly. “It helps you be more productive and focus on what really matters,” he said, highlighting the benefits of this tool.

This release follows Calendly’s recently announced Calendly Routing feature, which integrates with HubSpot CRM to help sales and marketing teams manage new customer inquiries more efficiently.
